                      Monthly Board Meeting

5:00 P.M. Meeting

 

All Board members present except Rick Marriccino.  Property Manager

Scott McEnelly, Present.

 

Purpose of Meeting:  Meet with new Association Attorney

 

Firm:  Brundy & Rabin P.A. with Monique Parker present.

 

Settlements with Developer: Mr. Brundy’s  firm will handle for  us the following:

Litigation, Reserve Issues, Documents and Amendments, Representation

of the Association, Detached Garage issues including electricity.  Mr. Brundy

recommends  we hire a construction attorney Mr. Joe Thresher.  His firm

will handle construction issues that involve a settlement with the Developer.

 

Meeting adjourned at 6:30 P.M.

 

Regular Board Meeeting:   7:00  P.M.  All Board members present except

Rick Miraccino.  Property Manager Scott McEnelly, Present.

  2. Tresurers Report Waived
  3. Fining Committee report:  Waived
  4. Security Report:  Scott McEnelly reported that Security is doing a good job.
  5. Planning Committee Report: Nothing to Report
  6. Managers report (Delinquencies) Non-Compliance issues, Building

Grounds & Security Issues:  No Report

  1. On Site Managers Report (Scott McEnelly, LCAM).
    1. New Housekeepers are doing a great job.
    2. Gutters cleaned in all buildings
    3. Pool Deck Pavers leveled and repaired.
    4. Fire Inspectors report:  All issues resolved.
    5. Email from Owner. All questions answered.
  2. Resident requested a reinstating alcohol beverages at the pools

and Clubhouse.  Board denied request due to liability issues.
