Tuscany at Innisbrook Community Room is available for your enjoyment and comfort. Reserving of the room is exactly that. You are reserving this room only. Your guests are not allowed the use of the other facilities, which include the Billiard Room, Media Room, Weight room and the pool and its entire area.
- You are responsible for your guests. If the Courtesy Patrol has to intervene, you may lose your security deposit. This also pertains to any alcohol that may be consumed by your guests. You are responsible for their actions. Alcohol may not be served to anyone under the age of 21. If a guest becomes unruly or unmanageable, Courtesy Patrol has the right to inform you that they must be removed from the premises. Any continued intervention by the Courtesy Patrol will result in the loss of some or all of your Security Deposit.
- It is expected that all furniture and equipment will be used with care and discretion. The room and all facilities are to be left in its original condition. Clean and neat.
- We suggest that you cover all the tables with either paper or plastic tablecloths. We also prohibit the use of taping signs or posters on all walls, as it may tear away the paint. No helium balloons are allowed.
- All children must be controlled, and any damages caused by them or other guests will result in the loss of your Security Deposit. Courtesy Patrol has the right to inform you of any unmanageable children of which must be controlled or removed.
- No more than 20 guests are permitted at one time.
- The room may be reserved for no longer than 4 hours. This includes set up and clean up. Room must be cleaned with all rubbish and food/beverages removed before vacated.
- Reservations are on a first come basis. We will not allow 2 functions on the same day. Hours are 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Reservations are made with the Management Office. A reservation form must be filled out with 2 separate checks made out to Tuscany At Innisbrook. One check in the amount of $50.00, and one check in the amount of $250.00. The $50.00 check is the charge for the reserving of the room and will go into a Facility Usage Account. This is not refundable. The $250.00 check is your deposit and will be returned to you unless there have been damages to the room, not cleaned up, or intervention made by the Courtesy Patrol, of which will be reviewed by the Board. Upon review of the Board, deposit may be returned or forfeited for non-compliance of rules.
COURTESY PATROL HAS THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE A FUNCTION
IF IT BECOMES UNRULY OR UNMANAGEABLE.
